The singer, 45, who was not on the original line up, shocked fans as she took to the stage after kickstarting her music comeback with a performance at the Britain's Got Talent live semi-final on Friday.
The Scandalous hitmaker opted for double denim as she commanded the stage in a cropped denim jacket and denim shorts.
Completed with a wrap skirt, the star put on a leggy display in the outfit as she performed her new single Ransom which was released this week.
The star joined the line up alongside headliner Nelly Furtado and X Factor star Cher Lloyd.

Alesha looked to be loving the crowd as she took to her Instagram with a clip of her set and Mighty Hoopla shared a clip writing 'Surprise, It's Alesha Dixon'.
The singer wrote: 'A quick trip to do a surprise performance at @mightyhoopla has been the icing on the cake this weekend'.
Her new song Ransom samples Jamaican reggae artist Ini Kamoze's track Here Comes The Hotstepper, and comes nine years after the release of her last album.
Produced by Supa Dups, the music video was shot in cities Port Antonio and Kingston in Jamaica, where Alesha's father Melvin hails from.
The Britain's Got Talent judge said: 'I wanted a sample that was super familiar. Known and loved by all races, I wanted to fuse my commercial persona with my roots, the music I grew up on and still love that is such a big part of who I am.'
