How to KNOW if YOU are going to Heaven? (2023)

Introduction

Content

I want you to close your eyes and imagine it's late at night, maybe around 11 o'clock or 12 o'clock at night and you're driving down the road, maybe you're you're by yourself or you're with some friends or you're with your parents just going to the grocery store.

And suddenly just like that another car award to hit you.

And instantly you die.

You don't come back.

Are you for certain that you would make heaven I want to ask you? Do you know where you're spending your eternity are you spending your eternity in heaven with Jesus or are you spending your eternity in Hell without him I want to ask you right now? Have you ever admitted that you're a sinner that you've sinned? Have you ever confessed with your mouth that Jesus is Lord? Because now is the time to do that we don't have time to play games or wait around Jesus is coming back soon.

All of the craziness that's going on in the world it's all written in the Bible and he's coming back soon.

So now is the time to repent and get right with the Lord and get right with Jesus have you done that have you prayed the Prayer of Salvation And, if you have not done that I would love to invite you to do that right now, if you're not certain that you would make heaven or maybe you have prayed once, but you fell away I want to invite you to pray that prayer with me right now.

Receiving Jesus is as simple as ABC.

A is to admit that you've sinned B is to believe in Jesus it's, not enough to believe in God because even demons believe, but you have to believe in Jesus.

And lastly, the Seas you have to confess out of your mouth that Jesus is the son of God that Jesus is Lord that he came and paid for my sin on the cross you have to confess that.

So if you're uncertain where you would spend eternity I want to pray with you right now, go ahead and close your eyes.

Don't worry about anybody looking around this is between you and God so close your eyes and lift both hands to heaven and say this prayer out loud out of your mouth.

After me, say, heavenly, father, I, admit that I've sinned, please forgive me, Wash Me, In.

The Blood of Jesus make me clean from this day forward, I, turn my back on sin from today.

I live for you I confess with my mouth.

Jesus Christ is Lord.

And my savior I believe that he died on the cross and Rose on the third day and that he is the son of God, Wash, Me, In, the Blood of Jesus, where I am weak make me strong, I will never be the same Jesus is Lord in Jesus name, amen, wow.

I believe, if you just prayed that prayer I believe that you just got born again, congratulations welcome to the kingdom of heaven welcome to the family of God.

You are a son of God, or you are a daughter of God.

I am super happy for you I'm, super pumped for you man.

This is a huge thing you're making Heaven.

Wow.

Now, oh I want to tell you very quickly that it's very important that now that you're a Christian now that you're born again, the Bible says that you're a new creation in Christ old.

Things have passed away.

Behold, the new you is here.

So now that you're a new person that your sins are forgiven.

Now it's time to press into your walk as a Christian.

So I would love to give you a few action points to follow up with now that you're making heaven.

So number one, you have to get plugged into a good church.

And not every church is a good church.

Unfortunately, you have to find a good bible-based church that believes the Full Gospel of the Bible.

And if you have any questions regarding, uh, churches and things like that, maybe I can look up your area and point you in the right direction.

I can do my very best send me a DM or or a comment there in the comment section I'll help you as much as I can in the meantime, if you don't have a church family or a local church that you call home I want you to go on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook and type in Faith Church Rustin in Louisiana with Pastor, Stan and Mary Pote.

You can watch online.

We have an app as well, Faith Church app that you can search.

And you can watch online until you find a good church home.

Secondly, you've got to get a Bible go on Amazon and just type in a Bible, either new King James translation or New, Living translation or even Amplified and don't get so caught up and don't worry about the the different translations and things like that just find you a Bible, uh, get you one if you need help getting one just send me a message, and maybe we can work something out maybe I can get a Bible to you, but get you a Bible number three, you've got to draw a line in the sand with loved ones.

People friends, co-workers, maybe even family.

So what does that mean? Now that you're a born-again Christian, that's, your brand new you're, a new person, you don't laugh at the same jokes.

Maybe you don't watch the same movies that you used to watch.

You don't do the same things drinking and smoking or partying, whatever it was that's who you used to be that died because the new person is here.

So now it's time to make a change and not everybody's going to be okay that you're a Christian, not everybody's going to be okay with you living a good Christian, holy life.

So it's it's, very important to get plugged into a good local church that can help you with your Christian walk.

So draw the line in the sand say, no, I, don't.

Do those things anymore, I don't, hang around that group of people anymore.

So make the decision to walk and freeness of people around you that may draw back or may pull you back to who you used to be.

And then lastly, if you like this type of content that I'm pushing out on social media, because I believe that you didn't just stumble upon this for no reason, if you like this type of content, I want you to hit the Subscribe button, okay and get plugged in, um, any video that you like share this out, uh, tag your friends, but definitely subscribe and uh, man, I'm, super happy for you I'm, super proud of you.

Welcome to the family of God.

If you prayed that prayer with me I want you to type in the comments, I just got saved or send me a message saying that you prayed that would that would mean the world to me if you could pray, or if you could, uh, send me a message saying that you prayed that prayer with me that would that would make my day I would love to to talk with you and say, hello to you so I, love.

You God, bless you.

Welcome to the family of God.

You are saved.

FAQs

How can I make sure I go to heaven? ›

You enter heaven by forgiveness and through the righteousness that Jesus gives you. You do not enter into heaven by the Christian life. It's always true that where faith is birthed, works will follow, but salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.

How does God decide if you go to heaven? ›

God's plan of salvation as told in the New Testament is given in his word. Hear (Romans 10:17), believe (Hebrews 11:6), repent (Acts 17:30), confess (Romans 10:9, 10), get baptized (Acts 2:38) and live a faithful Life (Revelations 2:10). Obedience or non-obedience to God's word will settle one's destiny.
