Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) business day (M-F) of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.

Payment onsiteisaccepted at this location in the form of certified check, money order, cash, paypal, venmo, cash app.Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location.

If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe and no arrangements have been made to pick up, we will hold your items for 1 additional week. If you fail to pick up your items within that 1 additional week, you forfeit the items and they will be returned to inventory—no refunds will be given. If you have any questions/concerns or need to make alternate arrangements for pick up, please feel free to contact us. Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify us by email or phone no later than 10:00 am the day following the auction's close. In the event an item is not available for pick-up, the Buyer must notify our onsite staff and file a claim within 24 hours of the pick-up date by replying to your original emailed invoice noting which items were not available for pick-up. After 24 hours past pick-up, Depot Daddy, Equip-Bid, and the Buyer agree that no adjustments or refunds will be made.

Refunds:If you receive an item that does not work, and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund within 72 HOURS OF PICK-UP.
